Why Choose Edify
Straightforward building, done properly
We're a Wellington-based, New Zealand-owned building team, led by Licensed Building Practitioner Stephen Connolly. We believe a good build comes down to two things: real craftsmanship and honest communication. No surprises, no shortcuts — just a home built the way it should be.
- Licensed & insured — every project is overseen by our qualified, LBP-licensed head builder and fully covered.
- Fixed-price contracts — clear scope and pricing agreed up front, before work begins.
- Quality craftsmanship — trusted trades and materials chosen to last the New Zealand climate.
- Clear communication — regular updates so you always know exactly where your build stands.
